Connecting Windows 10 Pro to Office 365

In this tutorial you'll see how to add your Windows 10 Pro desktop to Office 365 thanks to Azure AD. This then allows you to login directly to the Windows 10 Pro using your Office 365 account. That will give you single sign on to Office 365 via Microsoft browsers. You'll also see how to add a Chrome extension so you can also get single sign on to Office via Google Chrome as well.

Another interesting screen at 7:00. It takes your profile picture from Azure AD as the Windows Account Picture. We set up logon script to fetch the picture from AD/onprem and set it. But this is how to do it OOTB. Another reason to move on to AAD/online.

Important is the screen at time 2:00. At the bottom is when you want to do more than a workplace join. That is to add a Office365 account to the PC that remains running under a local or Microsoft account. What you want is adding the device to Azure Active directory. Then it start running under your Office 365 account. Making sync possible using just your business account ;-)

Time is 9:30. "Chrome has no PTA Pass Trough Authentication". This implies that Edge and IE have it. But PTA is used as the term to allow AzureAD to check your password still held in AD/onprem. Is it not better to avoid confusion and keep calling it WIA for edge and IE ?

When I get to the part at 1:55-2:10 in your video, the space below the box to enter an email address is just blank, empty, no links for Azure AD. I bought the Laptop today with Windows 10 home and upgraded to Pro. It should be there right? What am I missing?

i have problem my outlook office 365 open by interment explorer and tool bar does not show there is no icon like file and edit
