Romney should have been like: Bitch? Was I talking to you?

No suprise it later came out that she was regularly talking to the Obama campaign and talking about how much she hated Romney and wanted Obama to win.

Looking back she overstepped and cost her a career...she deserves nothing more than to be irrelevant

He got slapped around. Would never happen to Trump.

"What I have a problem with is folks getting mad at the moderator for doing her job."
Oh I see now, you know nothing about the job of moderator in a debate. Notice the part where the moderator said Obama was right and Romney was wrong about the quote in the rose garden? Well that constitutes as bias. Even if the correction was accurate (which it wasn't), the moderator can't take sides. That's a very basic rule in debate moderation. There you go, now you've learnt something today.

She constantly says you'll get a chance to respond but never does. Obama brings up something off topic she says nothing then Romney responds during his time she says way off topic

The Irony. You say that while defending mainstream media.

Obama was such a paper tiger...Romney got caught up in the "cult of Obama", this was a sad performance. The fact is that Obama might have been good at "learning on the job", but he was never in control of the process, he always kept the "top military officials" happy enough not to try and undermine his second term.

She was blatantly terrible against governor Romney... It was disturbing.

Any more disturbing than Romney interrupting the Moderator? She said "No, it doesn't work like that" but he bulled on ahead and kept talking. When you attend these things you agree to obey the rules set down, Romney knew the rules going into this and chose to ignore them. Candy was trying to put a foot down so what happened in the first debate didn't happen again.

7 years later and all of you fools still never found out she was wrong.

I actually agree with you. She overstepped her bounds and broke the rules of the debate. I was actually annoyed by her interjection when it happened. To stay on topic, Romney broke way more rules than Obama did. That is why she constantly interrupted him. Romney insisted on asking direct questions of the President (against the rules). I'll assume that Crowley was annoyed that Romney was blatantly breaking those rules so inserted herself in that instance.

and the first debate was stacked against Romney as well? Romney owned both the moderator and the President in the first debate. What the hell are you talking about. You're the worst kind of voter. Everything is fine as long as YOUR guy gets to look good.

I'm not defending anyone. I don't see anyone being defended in my comments. Now you're making stuff up so I know you're in the tank for Romney. I'm looking at the debate objectively. And what I saw was a well prepared Republican candidate who had a strategy of being aggressive. He also planned on pushing the issue as far as the moderator would let him. I don't have a problem with this at all. What I have a problem with is folks getting mad at the moderator for doing her job.

Why, because you know you are going to lose?

Well this happened because Romney continued to abuse the rules of debate. Romney got away with it in the first debate. Crowley wasn't having it. I seem to remember quite a few times she cut Obama off as well

continued....I don't feel like arguing anymore about it. Read this article. Its an even sided, fair analysis. It sheds more light on what actually happened in the debate. thenation. com/node/170713#

I know. If I routinely drive 15 mph over the speed limit I theoretically would get more speeding tickets than a person who only drives 5 mph over the speed limit. Everyone who has watched these debates can see that Romney is the aggressor. Nothing wrong with that. But when his aggressive approach disrupts the balance of fairness in the debate, its the moderator's job to step in and do something about it. POINT:Don't be a sheep. You have to read statistics and data with the appropriate context!
