Define a Sort Order for a Query in Design View in MS Access - Office 365

When viewing a record set, you often want to display the data in a sorted order to make it easier to analyze the data. You can define a default sort order for the query in design view. The default sort order is applied to the data in the query when no other sort order is specified. Sorting places the records in alphabetical or numerical order. The sort order can be ascending or descending.
