The short fiber is sent into the machine by the conveying section for the first-time carding .After that the raw fiber gets more loose and better will be sent to the carding section for secondary carding .The the nice fibers drop down to the V-hopper and divides into different plies。By the traction of the corn line ,the fibers are delivered to the twist-collecting section and become ropes ,which is collected by the bobbins evenly and nicely .
