Do you still recommend the Hisense U8K over the TLC QM8, Or do you think the QM8 is the better buy now?

Let me add if you have auto low latency enabled in the PS5 or game mode on the tv.. then motion settings and dynamic contrast settings are grayed out. I don't see any motion problems anyways when gsming eith LLM on anyways.

How's the color banding compared to the U8H?

Well I have an update on some of the issues I was having watching cable content on the U8K...I returned my old cable box and got a new one. The old cable box was only out putting 720p and when I went into the internal settings in the new cable box it has the ability to out put the signal in 1080p. Picture is alot better now and tv is handling the remainder of the upscaling from 1080p to 4k a whole lot better. Who knew my old cable box was that bad...If anyone is having issues with your picture quality watching tv stations please check your out put quality in your cable box settings and make sure its on the highest quality out put it has....

quantum would you personally buy the 65 over the 75 ? im hearing about DIFFERENT PANELS and i want the best in quality....i know you will guide mr to the best, money is not the issue here.... just want the better tv my man

Do you have settings for 75inch version of U8K as it has different panel?

Setting motion to SMOOTH induces Soap opera effect which look proposterous in regular TV and movie watching. Gradient control at any level on regular cable tv, 4k movies, Netflix, etc..induces a smokey grainy look across my entire screen...I don't know if I have a bad panel or processor but these are my findings so far that I have the U8K for about 10 days now...I have your settings for Theater Day applied and firmware has been updated to the most recent date of July...It's just getting frustrating...
