People have asked me why I use Perplexity and I basically gave those exact answers from a user point of view. But I never thought of it as being comfortable with the answers because I'm an academic and it feels familiar. It does. I use Perplexity many times a day. I bet it's 10 to 1 Perplexity over Google.

Sounds like a great product! Now- what stops Google from turning this on in about one 10 minutes? "Cite only things that are right" seems like easy enough logic to implement.

Idk how accurate it is consistently, (I don’t always check the sources depending on how much I care for accuracy on said topic), but Perplexity is definitely a joy to use.

Perplexity is mostly a wrapper on chatgpt with a faster web search only.
