Monta, Brew, Baltic, and Zelos, and many other microbrands are giving many enthusiasts EXACTLY what we wish for. If you don’t care about heritage or brand these microbrands are really pushing the hobby fwd.

As an enthusiast that was raised in the state where Monta is based (Missouri), they are near the top of my list. Bangin watches with a little bit of Missouri pride rolled in, its a win-win for my collection.

I have this very model and dial color way. It is amazing and worth every penny. Build and finish competes with Omega and other mainline big luxury brands. It competes very well with my Omega AT - IMO - and Omega is my favorite brand.

Only negative for me has been a stiff clasp when closing. Bracelet is amazing though.

I currently own an Oceanking and briefly owned a Noble in white. Amazing quality for the price. I'd argue they are worth every penny and none more. The firm clasp gives me a sense of real security!

I love the Atlas GMT, the way the GMT hand is lifted up to clear the indeces... its just such a nice touch, and that opaline silver dial they make it in is so amazing. One of my "affordable grails".

I seriously considered Monta’s GMT and compared it to the Longines and Tudor. I ended up with the Tudor, but Monta still is in the back of my mind.

I would say for the price it's actually a good value, that llevel of finishing with a good workhorse movement that is easy to service is quite good.

I've just discovered Monta recently and they seem to be on the right track with great quality timepieces.
However, with that price point, it's difficult to justify acquiring one but they do have great components, namely that SW300 (M-22) movement and a really great looking dial.

Great review! That dial is gorgeous. I thought it was more blue than it looks, i.e. it comes across more green in some of your video. Beautiful though! I've actually ordered the pink one for my wife, we'll see how it goes down when it arrives, hopefully very soon!
