RN is more customizable, flutter is all about widgets

I think you should also take into consideration the possibility of obsolescence. Additionally, Flutter only works with Dart (which is not a popular language outside of Flutter) and is maintained by Google (which in the past has abandoned projects that were promising but did not achieve their expected results). Therefore, you could argue that this framework is more likely to be abandoned compared to React Native. I mean, JavaScript/TypeScript are widely used outside of React Native, and React Native is maintained by Meta, which also maintains React. I believe this alone provides a strong argument regarding the possibility of abandonment.

New architecture change whole game, react native add lots of new features

Flutter also doesn't use bridges for native app implementation

And now everything has changed thanks to version 0.76 of react native speed interface.

I don't know alot about the flutter or the React Native points comparison. I am just a beginner in the programming world so I decided to go on with flutter after completing C++.
Senior developers might find it quite strange that why someone going for flutter but as they know that the Java or the Javascript is good for someone to go for React Native and I don't know these languages by now. So do me a favour of telling that what is best in each case. Thank You.

This cannot be a comparison that we can only evaluate flutter or RN simply. The community and other assistants who are in the environment of these technologies form an entire ecosystem. Do you know the Expo, for example? Does this have a counterpart to Flutter? You say performance, but how much does that correspond to in practice and in the product you've developed?

what about the platform specific native feel?

I have worked on react native and flutter .if you are mobile developer you must know the native languages first . If flutter is far way from react native why industry is choosing react native . Because they know they will write native code. If you are asking for performance i will react native will support 120 fps /sec . If you really need performance you need native technologies not flutter . Flutter is good but still immature and lots of generic are not written here . I will suggest if you really need performance go for native things lots of plugins are not available in flutter .

I can't imagine that you have a good dev speed in a non compiled, non typesafe language. Especially in big applications with many regressions

Okay, good video but missed few things, worked in React Native and Flutter both, helped a startup to move from Swift to Flutter and another built 3 apps for a startup with React Native both lead team and coding.

1. Flutter performance is just awesome can't deny it with new impeller engine but expo is just awesome with new expo native modules others are turbo module or nitro modules integrating with native code is so much easier in React Native.
2. Finding people who are willing to work on Flutter or learn it is hard as its completely different language Dart and some senior developers don't like how code being written in flutter, nested widgets is hard to navigate if codebase is not maintained properly.
3. Getting started with new project is also easier as you need just npm and node. You might be using node to build backend or frontend.
4. Last but not least, I lost some confidence when Flutter was forked! Why? Why Google is not listening community? If I start with one will they be compatible in future down the line in next 5 years? If I start with one and one of them shuts down how easy it will be to move to other fork or original?

It's not just a matter of performance, I agree Flutter has reached to specific point in a less time but RN team is moving in very matured and systematic way and they making entire framework as a futuristic tool without compromising with any aspects.

Flutter is bad and nobody is using flutter for large applications because it doesn't support CICD
