And yes, ice cold beer (even in winter) and tapas are such a religion. Before lunch, beer or wine and tapas. Before dinner, more drinks and more tapas. On sundays sometimes we can spend all day having drinks and tapas and we don't need neither lunch nor dinner.

I remember the first time I heard about tapas. A home health nurse was at my house and we were talking about what we did over the weekend. She said she went to a tapas bar with some girlfriends. I thought she said "topless bar" and I said, "A what now?" She said it again and explained what tapas was. I told her what I thought she said and we both had a good laugh about it.
