That’s nice for physical trade, but any IT startup won’t start creating much content until you get up and running. Most costs are running costs (servers etc), so apart from a laptop it’s not easy to burn that 100k up front. There must be a solution there, what is it?

I read from somewhere else that the investment funds dont necessarily need to be spent from that bank account and also dont necessarily need to be spent in the USA.
The post I read states that it is possible to also move existing equipment you already have over to the USA so that you can use it there and then you just need to spend some additional funds still in the US, but if some of your funds have been spent elsewhere, they should still be recognized as long as they plausibly fit into the business you are investing in in the USA.

So if you are running an IT business and you move to the USA, you could count your computers you already have as an investment too as long as its not your only investment. The investments must be reasonable/plausible mainly. Did I understand this correctly?

Mr. Ashoori thank you for such an informative video, I've completed the first 5 steps. But I have a question regarding the 5th step (spending money) do you think that buying a car for my business, I'm the sole owner of the business, counts towards investment too? How I should prove to USCIS that this car would be used for business purposes? For example in my scenario traveling to and back from local Florida suppliers to pick up/buy the goods, travel from my local Florida home to my Florida business addess and etc.

I read somewhere that you should be in the U.S. for at least 90 days before submitting a change of status application to avoid a presumption that you entered the U.S. with for the purpose of doing a change of status, is that true? Given that the B2 visa is valid for up to 6 months I'm at risk if the CBP port officer decides not to give me the full 6-months, should I personally ask him to be able to stay for 6 months while at the entry port?

And lastly, what should I tell the home country Consular officer when he ask what is my B2 visa travel purpose? It is said that you should convince the interviewing officer that you are going to come back after your B2 visa expires.
