Georgia were the national champions last year and show no sign of slowing down. This team has always been one of the best and I hope they continue to prove that they were not just a one and done team this year and repeat for a national championship. If you are curious about what it takes look no further to the rivalry that is Alabama vs Georgia. These two schools often fight each other to prove who is the best of the best. Alabama in history has been the better team, but I have no doubt that the Georgia Bulldogs will be ready to surpass them and take that mantel.

I'm a Bama fan who thinks Georgia should've been ranked #1 coming into the season, if preseason rankings HAVE to be a thing. They just beat us in a national title game. I watched this game against Oregon live, and was struck by how scary good they look. IF we win the SEC West and they win the SEC East, they will be a formidable opponent if they're healthy.

Oregon played pretty terribly, but mostly Georgia is just THAT good. They are the defending national champions and somehow they look just as good this year despite over half of their defense from last year going to the NFL

I was at this game . Over 70, 000 people. It was great ! This was my 25 Georgia game! I also got to go to the National championship game back in January! College football is the best football!!

According to the 2022 Composite Talent Rankings (which looks at the recruiting ranking of all players on the roster) Oregon is the 7th most talented team in the country. And while they have a first-year head coach in Oregon, I think a lot of folks don't realize the difference between the top three rosters in college football and everyone else. Georgia can plug in backups that would start at a lot of programs around the country. Which means their guys stay fresh and the talent level doesn't drop off all that much. It's a good luxury to have but it's come because of the work Georgia puts in on the recruiting trail. And to be honest, this game was a nice recruiting tool to show the top wide receivers and QBs that Georgia isn't just a running team.

So happy to see you react to Georgia! I’ve been a Bulldog fan all my life and now work at the University! Last year they won the National Championship for the first time since 1980. You should come a game at some point! There is nothing like a football Saturday in the South!

Rankings typically mean nothing. In truth, Georgia is easily ranked NUMBER ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE REIGNING NATIONAL CHAMPIONS after annihilating Alabama.
