1964 Yamaha YDS3 250cc video 2. #yamaha #motorcycle

This 1964 Yamaha YDS3 has had some rechroming and aluminum polishing done while the paint on the frame,forks,headlight nacelle, shocks, and tank appears to be original with a perfect patina and beautiful tuning fork badges.
The engine and transmission have a fresh oil change done. The carbs and petcock have been cleaned, tuned, and new fuel lines run. The tachometer is not working at this time.
Most of the electrical works apart from the highbeam switch. The 6 volt wet cell battery is new.
The tires are new, although the rear Dunlop K70 is showing some sidewall cracking from just sitting.
I will be ordering new intake tubes, foot pegs, and shifter rubber. once those parts are installed, the bike will be available for sale.
The bike carries a clean California title. The California black plate is NOT registered to the bike but is YOM eligible with a clean record and correct 1964 sticker.
