If you fly low in a chopper and just get high enough to go over the fence and low again and you won't have any stars. You only get the stars once your feet touch the ground or you get seen but there is a spot behind the jet that he took and just go to the jet he took. That's the fastest and safest way in my opinion

Parachuting in is also a good way. I you have them unlocked of course. You can grab the jets before they have time to respond if you do it right.

When you in a mission are can you go in the military base without stars.

if you set up a misson/race and you set it where you get no stars, then go into the base you can do anything you want and get no stars

Hey JV2017, I have a method for stealing a jet you might like. I fly a helicopter straight into the hanger, land right beside the jet, and I don't get 4 stars until my feet touch the ground. So I'm in the jet and outa there before anyone gets near me. Then I to a "roll of the top" and head north and I never get shot at. Thanks for all your videos. It's made my experience in LS much better!
