1. BJP was SLP(Single Largest Party) in Maharashtra and so it should have formed Govt then Congress was SLP in Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Goa and Meghalaya but BJP and NPP(in Meghalaya) formed Govt.

2. Prepoll Alliance before Election was of BJP-Shivsena and so they shoould have formed Govt, then in Bihar it was RJD-JDU-Congress Govt and BJP broke that alliance.

3. ShivSena fought against Congress and NCP in Elections but formed Govt with them, then BJP fought against JJP(and Congress too) in Haryana but formed Govt with them after Elections.

4. Shivsena went against Ideology of Hindutva and formed Govt with ideological allies then BJP formed Govt with PDP in Jammu and Kashmir.
