○ LastPass disclosed that a severe data breach allowed threat actors to access encrypted password vaults.

○ The city of Oakland, California has declared a local state of emergency due to the after effects of a debilitating ransomware attack
Cyberwar news:
○ The Russian government wants to decriminalize hacking – as long as attacks are carried out in the interests of the country, which is currently waging war in Ukraine.
○ Radio stations across multiple Russian cities were hacked this Wednesday and blasted fake air raid warnings.
○ Pro-Ukrainian cyber attack causes Russian state media to go down during a speech by President Vladimir Putin.

○ Nokia announced the company would change its brand identity for the first time in nearly six decades.
○ 1Password follows Google’s and Apple’s recent decision to start supporting passkeys.
○ Cloudflare, a web infrastructure security company, said the record-breaking attack came from numerous cloud providers.
○ Florida hospital operator, Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (THM), was hit with a cyberattack, forcing the organization to cancel surgical procedures and fall back on paper.
