From the corpulent, heavy breathing to the inexplicable, gravity-defying ceiling crawl, the Doctor is easily the creepiest enemy in the game.

What's really creepy about Little Nightmare's enemies is that they look somewhat human but they're clearly not, cause of the way they act.

The sound design in this game is incredible

For those that are freaking out, he's actually burning in a cremation chamber, which burns at a very intense heat. So he did kind of get the fast way out, but also experienced some major fourth degree burns before kicking the bucket. That's also why his screams weren't long, cause he got roasted super quick.
