Great tutorial. But in offline mode when the AI goes into cheating mode, it will nerf all your players' skills while boosting theirs, cause your players to become disoriented and drift out into unwanted positions, and even dematerialize their body parts to go through you.

just want to say I just started playing this after years of contemplating it but stuck it out with Fifa but finally after draining money in Fifa 20 and 21 I just couldn't take it anymore I tried this and OMG what have I been doing with my life...Fifa is an arcade game, this is real soccer in a video game...PES isn't as polished or pretty but once you get it that actually makes it even more enjoyable, real life isn't as polished looking as fantasy and this game plays so close to real life...and there's definitely a good and fun learning curve for people who came from Fifa, you can't just run all over the place here, you have to think about everything you do and every little thing has so many possible outcomes, not just a bunch of repeats like Fifa...I love this game

What i do is .. if an opposing player running towards my goal and im chasing him i would usually use a defender on teammate pressure, while i continue running towards the zone where my defender was to close it down, i already at max speed so even if the through ball comes i will intercept it. I use it most of the time, i almost never pressure directly, i use the second player to do it for me while i go back and stay in his position, that way i have more control over defence and somehow its more effective than directly pressuring. The timing is crucial though, but it comes with practice.

It is very difficult for me to correctly position my player to cut the passing lane because the receiver of the pass is moving. Any advice you can give me to correctly position my player and be able to effectively cut passing lanes?

Awesome video! Now I would really appreciate a video about Myclub defending. Something about the collisions on Myclub doesn't feel predictable sometimes. You feel like you have put a body on someone and they still go through sometimes or are generally unaffected.

I already tried this, it's only not working when above superstar level+Derby/final.
In final/derby i can't even cut the pass, they still pass through my player, doing body shoudler and my player the one that fall down lol
Edit : The buffed opponents is no problem, but the scripted play still annoying like they previous game.
