Kris Vallotton incorrectly teaches that Agabus falsely prophesied and uses this to teach that false prophecy does not mean someone is a false prophet.

So lying doesn't make you a liar, or stealing doesn't make you a thief. How dumb then to say a false prophecy doesn't make one a false prophet

All the prophets of the Bible were 100 percent right.

Kris vallotton speaking on false prophets has to be the most ironic thing I’ve heard...

Deuteronomy 18:22 KJV
When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken,  but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

If a “prophet” gets just 1 prophecy wrong, that makes them a false prophet.

This is madness . How is it possible that people sit and listen to this malarkey ?

Last year I worked in a church where they loved stories about people getting messages from God to go and prophecy in a stranger’s life and stuff... and I had brought up in a meeting the issue of testing the spirits, but they argued against it in regards to prophecy and the pastor in training took me aside later and for the first time I heard about this as he explained that Agabus got a prophecy wrong. I knew it was not right and something just needed to be found in the context but I struggled to see it and didn’t know how to defend what I knew. I was very broken by the nonsense I heard and have been looking everywhere for someone to describe the truth about Agabus with simple clarity. You’re a massive help. I really need this. Thank you!

If I was sitting in that room, I would have gotten up and walked out.

Lots of people do not read this rightly. They assume, because Agabus used a belt, that Paul would be bound by the Jews with his belt; then when he is arrested by the Romans and bound with two chains people cry foul. But Agabus only said ".. the owner of this belt.." meaning Paul. The hermeneutics and cross references used in this film are brilliant - false prophets do not just prophesy falsely... they also teach falsely to bury their errors under a frosted glass screen of confusion.

If find he is smirking at times through his apology, showing that’s it’s not heartfelt, and he shouldn’t be prophesying again !

Ty God bless 🙏 ❤️ prayers and always appreciate luckily ton of videos to binge when I am not busy doing other things. It takes my mind off the things that I don't want to think about necessarily, and puts me in scripture mode. # praise Jesus Christ !

He says that only prophets with an evil heart are false. So why does all of humanity need a saviour?
That’s right because;
For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders.
Matthew/15/19.

It is amazing that false prophets like this will misinterpret the Scriptures in order to justify their false prophecies. On the surface, for those who take their false interpretations hook, line, and sinker, it actually sounds like he may be on to something. You have done an excellent job showing why his interpretation was absolutely false and a false basis for justifying false prophets.

Jeremiah 23:16 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. 23:17 They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

Jeremiah 23:21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. 23:22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.

Jeremiah 23:34 And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house.

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

False prophets and their apologists cannot possibly believe that all Scripture is God breathed.

That was some fancy footwork. But, honestly, I would like to see someone warn of the false teachings in the not so obvious churches.
