Hi Prof G! Is the expense ration a % that is taken out each year? In other words, if QCLN has an exp ratio of 0.6% with avg 10 yr return of 17.5% can I look at this as a return of 16.9% (17.5-0.6)?

Why QCLN and not ICLN, for example ?
They share almost the same holdings and ICLN has a low exp. ratio, higher yield and better liquidity
