How Congress Won 40 Seats With 43.9% Vote Share But BJP Won Only 25 With 43%???| Himachal Pradesh

In Himachal Pradesh Congress won the maximum number of seats: 40, BJP won 25 seats, Independt candidates won 3 seats. While there is a difference of 15 seats between Congress and BJP, you’d be surprised to see the vote share difference. Congress’ vote share is 43.90% whereas that of BJP is 43%. Just 0.9% less than Congress. But Congress with 43.90% vote share won 40 seats whereas BJP with 43% vote share won 25 seats. This 0.9% vote share swing in favour of Congress changed the whole game in Himachal Pradesh. Otherwise, as was predicted in many exit polls, Himachal was a too close a contest to call.

The EC must prove it's autonomous nature by ensuring each candidate should win with minimum 51% of vote share. The dirty game of splitting the vote share of the votes by deploying independent candidates and the candidate wins with mere 30-40% must be ended. The EC must nullify such victories and conduct re-elections. A majority that forms a government with candidates winning by 30 -40% vote share, has no right to rule over the rest in reality. Because that majority is a mere representation of 30-40 % only.
It doesn't matter how much it costs for a re election its certainly cheaper than the loot and plunder that happens when such winners have the right to rule and decide for the rest of the nation or state.
Further, every contestant must be proven statesman in any respective field before being qualified as a candidate or even before being given any portfolio. In fact even a leader of the winning team should have the ability to handle any portfolio too. Unless such a system is in place the democracy is useless its more likely to be of an autocratic nature. The best proof is the poor social security system and pension available for the BPL category while the majority of the public actually bleeds to maintain the system with the common basic taxes and additional taxes.
75 years of independence without a common social security pension for all is the biggest proof of failure by all the governments so far. The statutory pension of any public servant and the social security pension of every common citizen must be the same, after the age of retirement and that should be equal for all, right from a begger to the President of the nation. In both case scenario the basic common tax is the same but may vary dependingon the affordable life style. The cost to survive in this country with or without an employment, till the age of retirement is the same for every citizen. Then every citizen has the right to a common social security pension, irrespective of their economic status or income. Every double pension that's statutory in nature must be eliminated even transferring of statutory pension to the dependants unless that is that of dependants who have not attained the age of retirement .
The EC has the right and must prove it's autonomous nature to the citizens who are their employer.
