To get "The Catch"
Fish 20x Rusty Koi with Fake Fly Bait.

Fish 20x Golden Koi with Fake Fly Bait.

Fish 6x Raimei Angelfish with False Worm Bait.

Visit the Inazuma Fishing Association to buy it.

To refine, you need 4 Ako's Sake Vessel, so you'd have to do this 4 times.
Fish 10x Pufferfish with Fake Fly Bait.

Fish 10x Bitter Pufferfish with Fake Fly Bait.

Fish 3x Raimei Angelfish with False Worm Bait.

Theres actually the best way of approach to this spot, you just need to steer clear with the Waverider along the outside so to not agro the slimes, head to the wreckage where Electroculus were once located and the Electro abyss mage spawnpoint, break his shield quickly with either Overload or Superconduct (basically any Pyro or Cryo char, for low budgets you can use Xiangling, Bennett and Rosaria with proper build) once the shield breaks you can YEET him into the water to instantly kill him

Found then once randomly, every other time iv looked they are not spawned. Always trying between 18:00-6:00 and even gone to the same time in the video (19:26) but still nothing. Am I missing something? Do they have slow respawn, only available once per day? Do mobs need to be dead? (though first time I found them I didn't kill anything, I snook around the slimes)

Tip:If you aggro the mobs make sure you do it before spawn time or else you scare the phish
