I got half way through this .. and skimmed the rest, one 'elephant in the room' in this type of discusion is the whole
Climate/Environment question: "We can't have Abundance, we have to do with less" is a response you might hear, does he address this?

basic econ 101 supply & demand ... lower the cost of the good life with more of the stuff .. will more stuff bring value to your life ? .. and missing is the guns vs butter chart and the allocation of resources .. more detail on implementation would be useful ...
