As a vertically integrated residential builder and developer, Reynen & Bardis offers expertise in lot design and engineering and as well as in home construction, so that focus is both on the home and on the community in which it is situated. Reynen & Bardis looks at each homesite carefully and critically and designs houses to be in harmony with lot shape, lot orientation and the surrounding neighborhood. While we build and offer fine two-story houses, we have tended to specialize in spacious single-story homes whenever the lots will accommodate them. All of our homes reflect quality craftsmanship and generous amenity levels. Even with such quality, most of our homes are priced to be available to a fairly broad segment of the homebuying population.
