Public Narrative from George Sanchez

George Sanchez, Vice Dean of Diversity and Strategic Initiatives at the University of Southern California, shared his public narrative at Imagining America's Summer Institute on Community Organizing in Los Angeles, June 2013. In his story, Sanchez discusses the courage he and his family drew upon as he journeyed from Los Angeles to Cambridge University for the first time to attend Harvard University as a freshman.
