I was flying the J22-A and I try to dogfight one of these a couple of minutes ago thinking I easily turn around him, I was impressed how that huge thing turn better than me and killed me lol

Where you’re in those stall turns when you went for that B25 you need to use your rudder with Q and E to pitch the nose down and gain more speed just a tip!

Wait, wait, wait... Given the parallels that could be made between this and a Ta 152 H-1, I thought it was going to have a similar BR, but it's going to be at 3.7 _and_ have the ability to outturn a significant number of enemies? Sure it doesn't climb very well, but I'm thinking this might be a very promising aircraft actually.

It has a good turn rate but at low speed it turns into a brick and takes ages to get any decent energy back in level flight. Plus it has a rather lack luster roll rate with those massive wings which can make getting on target difficult.

I think it's probably going to be best in the BnZ role, if you can actually manage to climb high enough, with the added ability to have a good chance to win an on the deck turn rate fight should it ever find itself in one. But at the same time, it really doesn't seem like a good dogfighter.

It's an oddball for sure. The WT meta doesn't really have a place for this planes intended purpose, so it will be interesting to see how it fares in the long run.

Germany and Italy lost a lot of their fun when the mg151s got nerfed like they did. You keep getting crit after crit but the 30 is typically what 1 taps

The model is missing stuff yes. There is no water cooling radiators anywhere either, even though the engine is water cooled, It just has oil cooling. I think Gaijin were lazy when making this model.

If you read about the designer he incorporated fuel tanks into the wing spars. I was confused about that too!

At 3.7 this thing is gonna be a beast, I expected it to be 4.7 since it was a high altitude late war aircraft, But at 3.7, with that good turn, devastating guns and quite decent survivability, its going to do a number on everyone, Only sizeable downsides are its speed at low altitude and its poor capacity to make minor corrections due to its sheer size and the fact its a huge target when turning, But under right hands its gonna annihilate anything it comes across at 3.7

In ground RB absolutely unsuited for ground attack, it compresses in a dive at low altitudes very easy, and after you burned your energy, you are a flying brick. Due to the long wings and drag it does not have a very good top speed at low altitudes.
