Your channel topics are wide ranging yet each one holds an incredible amount of depth if one is looking to make meaningful changes. Whether it's drinking water, using kindness, making better dietary habits or training your body in exercise these each are what will contribute to healthy mind. I think something you may want to add to these pillars would be 1). The value of positive associations (as in who are your friends/social circle)" and/or 2). The importance of good posture. The last one seems kinda left field but I believe posture correcting habits can help in a myriad of ways for healthy longevity. Keep the videos coming
