I fast for 48 hours at a time. I’ve never felt so alert and energized. Genuinely. First time I tried it was just to see if I could. It feels amazing to reign in your body and mind like that and remember you are in control.

FYI:
While fasting: cancer cells can not convert body fat to sugar (starving/killing a lot of cancer cells), our normal cells can convert the fat to food (sugar)!
Also after 24 hours your body goes into "Autophagy".
