Phillip is that an Otterbox LT 30 you have? 30 quart? I like the look of that cooler!

Don't bother buying the Otterbox Trooper 20 Cooler. I had mine for for less than a year, used it about half dozen times, and it's starting falling apart. The top of the lid became unglued and is peeling back. I finally contacted John at Otterbox after several hour long waits on the phone; John promised to send me a shipping label to return the cooler for repair or replacement, but the shipping label never came. I emailed Katheryn of customer support several times and she never respond back. Now I'm stuck with a junk product that is falling apart. Save yourself the headache, buy a Yeti and be done with it.
