Joey ended up swaying into Skylla territory in this one. But i'm getting the hang of it. Tried a bit more oomph into emotions this time.
Remember: ALL quadrants can have a chance to become toxic, not just the concupiscent ones.

For those of you who are annoyed at the fact that a lot of people are demonizing Dammek (which is understandable on both sides) and for those of you who are merely confused as to why people hate the demonizing of Dammek lets look at the reasons why people are demonizing this character along with the meaning "Morialigence", and their SBURB classes and aspects and how these play into the relationship of the two trolls.

Morialigence -- a morialigence is a lot like symbiotic relationship however for trolls its also more like friendship but a bit deeper than that but not as deep as love. If you look at Nepeta and Equius from Homestuck, you will the meaning of Morialigence. Equius a high-blood (blue-blood) is the morial of the low-blooded (olive-blooded) Nepeta. He uses his strength and serious attitude to keep Nepeta safe and to make her take things far more seriously, and to learn how to fight so that way she can protect herself and stay safe when he is not around. However, Nepeta uses her playful nature to make sure that Equius learns to be more lenient to her fellow low-bloods and to also learn how to relax and not take things too seriously -- in a sense making sure he strike that firm middle of being firm yet kind (kind of like a teacher or mentor).

However the thing is, is that Nepeta is not a Page and Equius is not a blood player.

The class of Page is a very complex role involving "Untapped Potential". Its the active class version of the Knight. Knights and Pages are under the archetypes of "The one who Serves" (knights and butlers). The Knights serve their friends passively and provide assistance, goods, and such on a silver platter. However unlike say.... Dave Strider the Knight of Time -- Xefros doesn't have a choice when it comes to service. He is a Rust-blood and only has a couple of Sweeps (1 sweep = 2 1/2 years) till he is forced to be a butler for some high-blood who is off concurring other planets.

But the thing about the Page class is that unlike the Knight class (who feel obligated to serve others) the Page class ends up being surrounded by others who feel obligated to serve them. Pages tend to have a rather kindhearted natures innocent and trusting demeanor and outlook on life, other people feel obligated to serve the Page to improve him BUT this is at a cost. Often times those who chose to "improve" the Page tend to do so by using rather harsh and practically abusive ideas of going about it. The Page class also have a tendency of unknowingly using their aspect to inspire others.
There are two examples of Pages being abused by those who choose to serve them -- Vriska (Theif of Light) serving Tavros (Page of Breath), and Dirk (Prince of Heart) serving Jake (Page of Hope).
Vriska often got frustrated with Tavros because of the fact that he, no matter what she did to him, would not hate her. This ended up getting her so angry with him that she out right mind-controlled him to force him to jump off a cliff, crippling him. And then outright killing him the moment that he actually chose to stand up against her.
Dirk gave Jake a robot to spar with that had his (Dirk's) level of fighting skill which far surpasses Jake's. He also had an Auto-Responder to talk to Jake for him and outright avoids talking to Jake to "keep him on his toes" despite knowing that Jake likes to talking to the real him. He also let the Auto-Responder force Jake to fighting the robot to get some uranium instead of just sending him some or having the Auto-Responder put the robot into a lower setting so Jake could have a chance of winning the fight.

As for the whole "Blood Player" thing....

And to quote the extended zodiac about blood players:

Though we have yet to see Dammek and see how he acts, I have a very, VERY, STRONG feeling that he is likely going to be a stubborn, charismatic and rude person at first but Jude will somewhat break that streak of Dammek's and make learn the meaning of "gentle yet firm". Though I'm more than positive that Joey will not allow Dammek's and Xefros' Morialigence continue further until Dammek gets his act together, and she'll take Dammek's place in that quadrant but not be so harsh with Xefros when it comes to improving him.

also side note. I'm willing to bet that Joey will get into some trouble with the Heiress and nearly gets herself killed and Xefros will unleash his rage/telekinetic abilities and crush skulls. just saying.

Thank goodness we gave this boy a true friend. I really hope Dammek isnt a complete jerk like we've assumed.

In the back of my mind: I think Dammek may not be such a asshole I mean like if Jude were like to talk about Joey I would imagine if we had no prior knowledge of her we would think the same of her (the same way we think of deer boyo) since she constantly picks on and bullies Jude but, ya know Joey is cool so maybe Dammek won't be as bad as we think.

Even after months of Hiveswap, this still makes me think a lot about the relationships btwn characters. And so far I'm pretty happy about how Joey and Xefros are being portrayed!

While it's still too soon to say a lot about Dammek's and Xefros' relationship, it's bound to be complicated and has many unfortunate implications of a toxic friend. But I'm hoping that things will improve for both of them. Xef really needs a supportive companion after all the stuff he's been going through. Joey's just who needs rn.
