What he is saying is not wrong, but to do all the things that he's saying, you have to have 1. GREAT CREDIT. 2. A GREAT JOB not just an income. 3. THE ABILITY TO SAVE LOTS OF MONEY. and depending on where you live and how much money you make. Living well within your means isn't enough. Like you can't do this where I live making 40k a year. You need substantial income. That isn't realistic for most people. And BTW I don't know if you understand how difficult it is to get 10x your income in life insurance if you don't have major income or are in great health.

Great content. Critical step skipped..to fund a HYSA you need another income stream or live very lean by saving FIRST. I saved 1K each month and lived on the rest. Initially, this was hard..you will learn how to do your own yard work, wash your car, hair care, cook healthy meals and also apply a $1 lash strip perfectly 😂 because it feels great to have healthy savings and investment accounts.

Financial management is what he explained. Freedom is eliminating all debt...house, car, no credit cards. When you have no debt, living expenses are minimal. Then you can do what you want. Following this guy's advice, you'd still have debt that you have to work to pay off.
