Eggbeaters are fun, energetic, an easy fit for fast tempos, and naturally fancy. The powerful twisting motion is perfect for strengthening proprioception and stamina. Eggbeaters can be blended with so many other vernacular jazz moves to add complexity and dynamic range. Love doing these! Ive never heard them called Eggbeaters, Ive only known the to be call "run on the log" but either way I love doing them

As a trained b-boy, it does remind me of a top rock (the Indian step), though it is obviously different in style.
