The summer of 2017, Joey and His Showmen performed at Rhythm Collision IV with Bob Spickard of the Chantays, plus three days, poolside at Viva Las Vegas 20, Rory's first annual Circa Caliente, Tiki Festival in Palm Springs, the Southern California Fair and a ton of other events this summer. We highlighted 27 minutes of the best pics and videos shot by our lovely wives while performing Classic California Surf, 50’s and 60’s Rock & Roll that make us The Showmen. Joe G, our maestro and musical director, a former Dick Dale Del-Tone leads The Showmen and our audience down memory lane, covering the early days of California Surf like no other can. We’ll take you back to the original surf scene with chart songs like “Nitro”, "Let's Go Trippin”, “Miserlou”, “Surf Beat” “Esperanza”, “Rumble”, “Eight 'til Midnight” and so many more. We include our unique version of 50’s and 60’s classics from Dion, Chuck Berry, The Diamonds, Freddie Canon, The Ventures, The Chantays and The Rivieras!
