bro if enel returned and had awareness of the world below that is not Skypiea, he could easily stomp the entire verse, his df his overpowerd as hell. Haki is the only threat, but, if he could advance his observation haki and maximize his devil fruit's utility and his arsenal, he could then crush te whole verse. (this wouldnt even take long for him to do either)

I think we have seen the awakened logia aftermath of aokiji vs akainu. Their fight permanently changed the environment of an island to their respected power, half of punk hazard is a lava magma like hell and the other half is an icy wasteland. Also another possibility of an awakened logia is crocodile as he is able to change the environment to dried out wasteland.

Crocodile had already awakening his devil fruit when he was introduced.

He self he mastered his fruit and was capable of usin 100% of it, not only that, but he was also capable of sucking water and moisture of things, having essentially a "one tap kill move" and that move had nothing to do with controlling sand it self, but with controlling the environment around him. So it makes a lot of sense to say he had awakening his devil fruit

I think enel is a mythical zoan because the design definitely screams zoan and mythical zoan have mythical power base of gods(thunder). Also we seen mythical zoans who can regenerate Marco. Logia user when they get giant use don’t have the rings the body like zoans. It more so them just expand with their element in their forms and enel changes his whole appearance. Also if he has future sight I can see him playing with people like kat making them and him thinking his a logia
