Smooth Light Transition | After Effects Tutorial

In this After Effects Tutorial, I’ll show you how to animate a smooth light transition from scratch without using a lot of effects or Plug-Ins.

First of all, we'll add a few solids and use masks to create the background of the transition, which we then animate. Then we'll add some footage and create a mask and use the "set matte" effect to hide and reveal the footage.
Finally, we add "bokeh" - which basically means out-of-focus blur.

Hey this is a great video, I'm wondering if it's possible to export the transition to premiere or do you have to have bring the two bridging clips into after effects for the transition to work?
