Video surveillance footage from Aug. 24, 2021 and Oct. 9, 2021, Lincoln Heights Rd., shows a man trying to open the doors of parked cars. Residents of the neighbourhood have been unhappy with police response.

Failure by the police and City Council to respond to residents' complaints are forcing them to become vigilantes and administer their own version of justice. This would certainly reduce the number of repeat offenses.
