Very nice apartment in an amazing location with nice views, we were in Dubai and Dubai Marina is one of the best locations. Dubai is like living in the future. Such a cool vibe. Dubai has so many nice areas with so many nice apartments. It would be hard to choose for me. This is living the life. Compared to monaco, that is a good price. :) You won't have even a studio in monaco for that price, and in dubai you have a nice big new modern apartment in a top location.

The building and apartment looks top notch. For that amount you’d get a very old looking mould filled apartment in Singapore. Dubai seems to be reasonably priced compared to Singapore’s overpriced condos

Nice apt! Do in these buildings also smaller and cheaper apartments (e.g 50-70sqm) exist of same quality? How much would you estimate the occupancy rate in the building? Thanks!

To the people saying he got ripped off.... 1. have you ever even BEEN to Dubai? 2. Have you ever actually stayed in any of the buildings in Dubai marina? They are NOT all created equal. 3. Stop being sausages.
