They look adorably tiny and yummy. Since I've never had quail eggs before: is there a noticeable difference in taste? Maybe normal-sized devilled eggs would be a slightly less labour-intensive alternative, for like a fancy potluck or something (since the quail-version tastes so good but is tedious to make).

Just a tip! Make sure they’re very chilled before scooping out the yolk, it’ll make for easiest separation between the yolks and whites😀

I never scoop the yolk out tediously like you did. I cut in half, turn it over and gently squeeze them out. It’s quicker and easier.

If u could get the fresh quail eggs n boil them urself, those yolks pop out way easier 😅😅😅 the canneds one i agreee its pretty tough to let the yolk slide out
