Yes so True. I walked away for life from all the narcissists in my family and my narc ex and his narc family. I was emotionally abused and trap set for decades by them but now I’m free and I feel born again.

Before I read your books, I didnt even know there is a difference between reacting and thinking.
But now, I can easily see diffrent options I have. I can notice when I get emotional/irrational and take a step back to think clearly.
Im glad I found your books

If dealing with a narcissist, smearing my name to people who readily believe everything they hear and treat you differently because of it I don't try and defend myself, I maintain my sanity, composure and LEAVE in silence. They'll find another target sure enough.

I can definitely agree with this. My mother in law was toxic and she was only that way through text messages and when my husband wasn’t around to support me. I tried everything and the only thing that worked was to not be in contact with her anymore. I’m a happy person now without her in my life.

Real Talk:

Every since I started applying Mr. Greene’s knowledge to my daily life, folks are terrified of me (and I f**king love it).

I simply remove myself where I am devalued and they try gang up to try and make me feel bad but I don't feel bad instead I am assured that they are toxic and removing myself is always the best decision in most cases for now, been dealing a lot with low vibrational beings

Yes!! if you have two assholes in an organization, you get both of them to work together add oddly they get along. Put all the high conflict people on the same team away from you and everything seems to turn out! Have the wild people work together ❤I found this out one day❤

Once a wise man told me when someone disrespects you either he doesn’t want you anymore or he doesn’t fear the consequences of disrespecting you

Until you are not touched or somebody has not drawn a weapon on you, the best reaction is not to say anything and just go about your day. Majority of people are not assholes and can detect when someone has crossed a line in a group setting. Not reacting to that and just letting the silence get a lot heavier in that moment is a big win. It takes strength of character to do that and that wins the others eventually outlining the asshole that had crossed your line. There is a bigger win to be had with some wit and a funny comeback not directed towards the asshole. Toughest job though.
