Also ich empfehle zu fasten aber nicht zu essen und zu trinken über den Tag und dann mit Sahneeise am Abend sich vollzustopfen ist einfach ungesund. Sorry aber diese Religion ist so was von hinüber. Aber Deine Rezepte sind toll, danke :-)
