Please, can you explain the limitation (if any) for temp stored procedures/functions? for example could I execute a 'create table' in such kind of objects? ...and so on...

why not making a regular stored procedure with a name including the word "_temp"? what is the added value for temp stored procedure compare to another regular stored procedure?
