I've seen more than a dozen videos by doctors and nutritionists about the Levels and Nutrisense apps used with CGMs. They were good, but your video was a nice quick summary from a user's perspective. I've recently got a CGM (I'm not diabetic, so I'm using it for the same reason you are) and it has been fascinating, but I don't have the Levels or Nutrisense app to go along with it. Dr. Casey Means from Levels is brilliant, as is Kara Collier from NutriSense. Here's to data getting us to our optimal health!
