Where luffa sponges come from

Did you know you can eat luffa sponges, sort of. Alicia Clarkson, an urban farmer for a community garden in Moncton, New Brunswick, tells how when you can eat them and where they actually come from. We have a series of videos on food skills.

The project was possible with a grant from the New Brunswick government's Wellness Movement. And our partner in the community was the very generous Pays de Cocagne Sustainable Development Group (PCSDG). The videos will be bilingual — French with English subtitles or vice versa. (These shorts will be unilingual until such a point that I don't suck at French to translate for myself. That time will come.)
