Why would one get an error message saying “Connected to Network but timed out waiting for IP address” ? Followed all of the instructions however rather than saying “connection successful” I get that message instead.

I have a new iPad Pro and for some reason, it won't recognize my Touch 30 my phone and my older iPad all connect with no probs please advise

I updated the Touchmix 30..now it does not see the router..that I used to use every day!!! Says there is no cable connected!! the same system hooks up to my Touchmix 16..(.Not updated)

Had the nicer 2 days. Followed these steps. Touchmix 8. New router. Recommended adapter.
Nothing.
Just stays in the configuring network..

I can connect with the dongle but the signal is not strong enough for live playing.
Kind of worthless without external control. May go back to my Soundcraft mixer. Never had any issues with networking on it.

Use a 16. With router or without, we lose connectivity to the qsc app. Depending on the place we get brief connectivity or none at all. Any solution?

Can you give me any help? Touchmix 30 says No Cable Detected. I've plugged two different cables in from the router and it still says No Cable Detected.

Touchmix 16 says Error1234 and keeps searching after touching Auto IP Address. I'm not in the WAN port, I've got a recommended adapter for ethernet to usb. Any suggestions?
