All looks easy but there seems to be a lot of work done off roof with window closed which is easy to do in workshop but not viable 2 or 3 storeys up on tiled slate roof

Weird question - can you hear the rain drops falling on it when it rains? I have a smaller velux in my bathroom and whenever it rains it can be heard. I'd like to install a balcony velux in my bedroom, but I'm hesitant if the raindorop noise can be heard.
