Fantastic tutorial about these new features, thank you! For anyone struggling with not seeing shadows, go to the material Options on each of the objects and make sure Cast Shadows is turned on. It was off by default for me.

Man, I have to learn AE for work as they use it, but coming from Blender, this is actually max 8 clicks. Not a negative comment on AE or this tutorial, but damn. This appears brutally complex compared to a free software
