For #InternationalWomensMonth, Startup Grind Brighton brought together some of the most up and coming founders who are tackling the skill-gap and employability challenges that are forever increasing in our world.

⚡ Async: Managing complex UK Energy Interactions with EDA (Thursday 2nd, 7:15-9:15pm at @spacesbtn & online)

Kevin Baldwyn is a lead engineer at @edfenergy and in this talk he explained how they're using EDA (Event Driven Architecture) to manage the complexity of UK Energy Interactions and describe some of the architecture, patterns, lessons learned, and why you may want to start using EDA in your applications.

✍️ Lean Agile Brighton: March Meetup (Thursday 2nd, 7-9pm at Bright)

Jen Dallas (Capability Transformation Director at RSA) spoke about the digital transformation she has led over a number of years at RSA, and @thenakedscrummaster (Agile Coach) ran an interactive workshop on the art of effective visual note taking.
