Ryan deserves credit, yes, but he is done. Just because you have talent doesn't mean you gonna be great. Gabe Rosado has talent and also 17 L's. The fact is that Ryan is not gonna beat any of the top dogs at 135, 140, and much less at 147. He has plateau at 24 years old. He has speed and respectable power but is too fragile, he's been hurt and dropped 3 times in his last 3 fights. At 24 yo that's not a good sign.
