The Ant Farm: Coding Day 49.2: Boring Bazel JavaScript debugging Part 2

I make no real progress, just trying (and mostly failing) to get minimal JS support working in Bazel.

Immediately I stopped recording, I got this to work by switching to the yarn installer and maybe also deleting cache, running `bazel clean` and some other incantations.
