The best lvl 4 jewel I've found so far is Brace/Vitality. I try to put at least one point of Brace in every set to prevent staggering from teammates, and I often like going for three in Vitality for that sweet +50 health, so it's perfect for any of my builds.

The second level of horn maestro is going to be so useful to me. I can spend a bit more time attacking with the echo notes than worrying about when the song effects are going to stop to repeat and play the same notes again.

Are the lvl.4 combo skills randomized? I'm fearing that this will make farming for the right jewel even more RNG

1:43-1:44 you can see the same skill lv4 deco but the normal lv4 deco for intimidator gives 2 levels of it while the “hard intimidator deco” of the same skill gives 3 levels of it. Which I guess means grinding hard deco’s is gonna be endgame to maximize skill efficiency like getting “Hard vitality” to max health boost 3 with just 1 deco instead of a lv4 vitality + a lv1 vitality to max it out so it saves multiple slots down the line. I’m calling it now, “Hard crit eye” and “hard artillery” are gonna be the new atk deco’s of iceborne and posted on the subreddit every 4 minutes.
