One of my favorite crusines is Dim Sum! The menu for Dim Sum Dishes is so large that I don't think I have scratched the surface on trying everything; even though I have been eating Dim Sum since I can remember! I used to go on weekly trips to San Francisco Chinatown just for Dim Sum as a kid, and I still think I only tried maybe 50% of what is on the menu. However, I do have a bunch of must orders every time I go out for dim sum, so here are my top 10 must have dishes! What are your favorites? #HappyNomNom! #HappyWandering! xx

The Dim Sum Dishes I mentioned:
1.Har Gow (Shrimp Dumpling)
2. No Mai Gai (Sticky Rice Chicken Lotus Leaf Wrap)
3. Lo Bak Go (Turnip Cake)
4. Heuhng Mong Dung Buh Deen (Mango Pudding)
5. Xiao Long Bao (Stemmed soup dumpling)
6. Cheong Fun (Rice Noodle Rolls)
7. Pai Gwat (Steamed Spare Rib)
8. Hai Kim (Deep Fried Crab Lollipops)
9. Ho Yau Gai Gan (Chinese Broccoli in Oyster Sauce)
10. Dan Tat (Egg Tarts)

Toisan! The restaurant I managed for 14 years was owned by a Cantonese family. Then purchased by a Toisanese family. I'm an adoptee of both. 😄 We switched to a Mandarin menu from Cantonese when the business changed hands; but unfortunately no dim sum.
